What is an advocate?

Alzheimer advocates play an important role in improving the quality of care and quality of life for people with Alzheimer’s disease and their families by working to improve dementia care and services; improve access to community-based care; improve quality care in residential settings; and expand funding for research and public programs serving people with dementia.

As an advocate, you will:

  • Receive regular updates about Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center
  • Get the latest alerts and updates on public policies.
  • Initiate your local or federal government leaders and address public policies related to Alzheimer's Disease.

Advocate in New York

Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center wants to work New York government officials.Our partnerships provide lasting effects and implement change. We direct all Alzheimer related issues to our members and supporters. Further, we initiate policies within New York.
