Join us at our first Pickleball Tournament to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center. We have partnered with Pickle N Par Club in Smithtown, 62 Lake Avenue, Smithtown, NY to host a pickleball tournament on Saturday, June 3, 2023. There will be a men’s session in the morning (8:00 am – 12:00 pm) for Brackets 3.5 and 4.0 and a women’s session in the afternoon (1:00pm – 5:00pm) for Brackets 3.0 – 3.5 and 3.5 – 4.0. It will be a round robin format for the brackets. There will be medals for Men and Women and both brackets for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. The cost is $100 a team to participate in the tournament. Light refreshments will be available throughout the day as well as a chance to win raffle prizes. In addition, our friends at True Sport Care will be on site to provide chiropractic therapy. 

Please register and pay for your team using the forms below. There are 2 Forms. Complete the top one and hit submit. Then complete the bottom one only and hit submit. Shirts are $25 a person – $50 for the team. If your team would like 2 shirt you will select $150 to pay for registration. No shirts – $100. 1 Tshirt – $125. If your team would like to make a donation to ADRC please feel free to select $200 ($50 is a direct donation) or the box labeled other gift amount. All donations are tax deductible.  Your participation will help provide help and hope to families impacted by cognitive decline. Thank you.
